On this page, you’ll find all the information you need for a safe check-in at Residence I Pungenti, along with detailed images of the apartment you’ve reserved for your vacation, as well as other useful information.
The Residence is located at Via Aurelia 474. To enter the garage, turn onto Via Cellini (next to the Residence), where you’ll find the entrance at number 1/A. Enter through the pedestrian door, and on your left you’ll see the key for the electric entrance door.ATTENTION: Make sure the pedestrian entrance door is securely closed before activating the electric door lock. In the center of the garage, there’s a door that gives access to the elevator and the flight of stairs that will take you to the ground floor, where your apartment is located.
Your assigned apartment is N° 7 . Next to the door, there’s a “KeyBox” containing your apartment key; To open it, you will need to dial the code “7629” (as shown in the photo below) and press down on the black lever next to it.
The apartment is arranged over two levels. The first floor features a large living room with a double sofa bed, table, access to a storage closet, TV, and access to the balcony. A comfortable and spacious kitchen with a kitchenette completes the apartment. Finally, the master bedroom opens onto a second large balcony. The stairs lead to the attic, which features two double bedrooms, one of which has access to a walk-in closet, and a second bathroom. The attic is equipped with air conditioning; remote controls are provided in the bedroom. Sanitized bed and bath linens are provided, bagged, and provided on the beds (for stays longer than 7 nights, linens will be changed weekly). The stovetop is gas-powered; to turn it on, you must open the safety valve located on the opposite wall. Next to the French window in the living room, there are three switches: be careful NOT to set the first one on the right to “0,” as this will turn off the boiler that supplies hot water. Wi-Fi is available by selecting the “Res I Pungenti” network using the password “Pungenti2019”. The shared washing machine is available in the first box on the left in the garage.

In addition to the numbers already held by our booking centre, we also provide an emergency number, available 24 hours a day, which you can use to contact us for any enquiries. Between 11.00 pm and 8.00 am, please call only in cases of extreme urgency or serious emergency.
The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM Please be carefulnot to leave any garbage behind and to clean the kitchenette and dishes.
The key can be left on the table. Please report any damage or breakage to equipment or furniture; if we find significant damage, we reserve the right to contact you for explanations and possible compensation.
