On this page, you’ll find all the information you need for a safe check-in at Residence Golfo della Lacona, along with detailed images of the apartment you’ve reserved for your vacation, as well as other useful information.
Once in Lacona, follow Via del Golfi until you see the Residence Golfo della Lacona sign on your right. Enter and park your car among the pine trees on the right before the barrier that gives access to the parking lot. Your assigned apartment is No. 24 and is located on the second floor of “Building 1” at number 450B. Upon entering, please remember to sanitize your hands using the automatic dispenser on your right. After climbing the two floors, you will find the entrance door to Apartment No. 24 on your right. Below the number is a “KeyBox” containing the apartment key and the remote control for the barrier to access the parking lot. To open it, dial the code “4622” (as shown in the photo below) and press down on the black lever next to it
The living room features a double sofa bed, a kitchenette with an induction stovetop, and a TV. The bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. The apartment has a large terrace equipped with a beach umbrella, deckchairs, a table, and chairs, as well as a second terrace accessible from the bedroom and a balcony accessible from the living room. Bed linens are sanitized and bagged and will be placed on the bed and sofa in the living room. Blankets are available in the bedroom closet, should you need them. The stovetop is induction; operating instructions are displayed nearby. Wi-Fi is available by selecting the “Residence Golfo della Lacona” network using the password “laconella.” The waste collection point is located next to the residence near the parking barrier. In addition to the numbers already held by our booking centre, we also provide an emergency number, available 24 hours a day, which you can use to contact us for any enquiries. Between 11.00 pm and 8.00 am, please call only in cases of extreme urgency or serious emergency.
The apartment must be vacated by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Please ensure you do not leave any garbage behind and clean the kitchenette and dishes.
The key can be left on the table. Please report any damage or breakage to equipment or furniture; if we find significant damage, we reserve the right to contact you for explanations and possible compensation.
