The reception office is located in the central building, as well as the bar and restaurant (managed externally); furthermore, a few hundred meters from the residence there is a minimarket while in the very close Capotesta you can find bars, a newsagent, a tobacconist, small kiosks, etc. The unattended parking lots are easy for vehicles of any size, they are located near the apartments.
In the center of Santa Teresa (about 3 km away) it is possible to find supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, boutiques, pharmacies, newsagents, discos, pubs, an equipped marina, etc.
The structure has an agreement with local businesses such as farmhouses for typical Sardinian dinners; it is also possible to book directly in the structure a panoramic navigation with a boat to the islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago National Park (Isola Budelli, Spiaggia Rosa, S. Maria, La Marmorata); alternatively, explore the islands in the south of Corsica (Lavezzi, Piana, Cavallo) by boat with a capacity of up to 10 pax, possibility of renting dinghies with a guide.
There is also a bus line, which from the Baia Santa Reparata stop (in front of the Residence) leads to all the neighboring beaches and to the center; alternatively possibility of cheap taxi service for short distances, from the Residence to the center of Santa Teresa, active at any time.
Late check in: all arrivals outside opening hours (if forewarned) will have a supplement of € 30.00. If you do not advise the possibility of entry only the following day.
Sports:
At the Parco Piscine (open from 27/5 to 30/09) you will find the brand new swimming pools for adults and children, umbrellas, deck chairs and sun loungers distributed in the solarium. From 17/06 to 02/09, sports and recreational activities will be organized on pre-established days. In July and August, Mini Club for children aged 5 to 13 with a dedicated and coordinated program at set times, 6 days a week. For a fee with discounted rates, dance and gymnastics courses, swimming courses, etc.
Various activities available during your stay, including horse riding, scenic quad biking, trekking in the midst of nature, or snorkeling in the crystal clear waters of the Bay; the area is suitable for surfing and windsurfing with rental of the necessary equipment and private lessons.
