Every day, the restaurant offers simple dishes deriving directly from the production of our farm.
Every day we follow what nature has to offer, elaborating carefully our dishes, such as homemade, with all the simplicity and without alteration to the true flavors that this land is pleased to offer us.
The meats are all grown directly; vegetables are from our vegetable garden, our cows always offer us fresh milk, our desserts are all homemade, wine and extra virgin olive oil are products of our lands.
