The services

The nearby centre of Santa Teresa di Gallura, 3 km away, offers a wide range of services and entertainment suitable for all ages and clientele: supermarket, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, boutiques, pharmacies, newsstands, discos, pubs, equipped marina, etc. In the central building, there is the reception, as well as the Bar and Restaurant (externally managed); moreover, a few hundred metres from the residence, there is a minimarket while in the nearby Capotesta you can find bars, a newsstand, tobacconists, small kiosks, etc. The establishment has agreements with local activities such as agritourisms for typical Sardinian dinners. Unsupervised parking is available near the apartments. There is also a Bus line, which from the Baia Santa Reparata stop (in front of the Residence) takes you to all the nearby beaches and the centre; alternatively, there is an economical taxi service for short trips, from the Residence to the centre of Santa Teresa, available at any time. Night arrivals: all arrivals outside opening hours (if notified in advance) will incur a surcharge of €30.00. If not notified, entry is only possible the following day. Pets: small pets allowed (on request – for a fee)
