The nearby town of Santa Teresa di Gallura, just 3 km away, offers a wide range of services and entertainment for all ages and clientele: supermarkets, restaurants, pizzerias, bars, boutiques, pharmacies, newsstands, nightclubs, pubs, a well-equipped marina, and more.
In the central area of the complex, closest to the sea, surrounded by typical Sardinian vegetation, is the swimming pool for adults and children. In the central area are the reception office and three spacious apartments (type M), modernly furnished and equipped with every comfort. Reception, bar, and restaurant (externally managed from June 1 to September 15); a minimarket is nearby. Unattended parking is available near the apartments.
Dinghy rental with a guide and boat excursions to the islands of the La Maddalena Archipelago National Park (Isola Budelli, Spiaggia Rosa, S. Maria, La Marmorata) or to the islands south of Corsica (Lavezzi, Piana, Cavallo) are also available.
There is also a bus line (from June 15th to September 15th) that runs from the Baia Santa Reparata stop (in front of the Residence) to all the surrounding beaches and the town center.
