Apartments

39 apartments distributed in two-storey terraced buildings (ground floor and first floor), recently renovated and refurbished, overlook the promontory of Capo Testa and are between 150 and 400 metres from the sea.

Located on the ground floor or the first floor all apartments have sea views and are equipped with all comforts: independent entrance, washing machine, TV, equipped kitchenette, bedrooms always with low beds, patio, balcony or garden with outdoor chairs and table. The bathrooms, all modernised, offer shower cubicle, toilet and bidet, equipped with wall-mounted hairdryer.

The type M apartments are located in the building closest to the sports facilities, and closer to the sea, and are excellently furnished and equipped with the most modern comforts. They are equipped with air conditioning (at an extra charge). In the standard apartments, however, the pleasant natural ventilation of the area and the new fixtures keep the apartments cool and well-ventilated.

Bilo 2

Located on the 1st floor and internally arranged on two levels connected by an internal staircase, they consist of a small living room with kitchenette and bathroom; on the lower floor, a large double bedroom with sea view and terrace. Internal stairs lead to the upper floor where there is a large balcony with a privileged sea view over the entire bay. The photos of the apartments are purely indicative.
