They are located on the ground floor and first floor with separate entrance. All rooms are gracefully furnished and equipped with a mini-bar (drinks are not included), air conditioning, LCD SAT TV (5 international channels), safe, telephone (free and unlimited calls directly from the phone in the room to all numbers of mobile and landlines in Italy and Europe), bathroom with shower and hair-dryer.

The rooms are overlooking the garden with patio or balcony, equipped with two single beds or one double  bed. It is possible to add a third bed in the sofa, and a fourth bunk bed. Cot to replace the third or fourth bed.

Deluxe

All rooms are at the upper floors just a few steps from the sea and overlooking the wonderful bay, they have a separate entrance, equipped with double or twin beds with the chance of third bed or cot, walk-in closet and large covered patio equipped with table, chairs and hammock. Quadruple rooms are renovated, furnished and equipped in a new style, they are bigger and have the possibility of a third bed in the sofa, a fourth bunk bed, and a cot. Moreover, they have a covered patio equipped with table, armchairs and private hammock.
De Luxe rooms include bathrobes, breakfast will be served directly at the private patio with a daily local newspaper.
