Complessi Residenziali are graceful apartments, well equipped and sometimes distributed on two levels. They could be on the ground floor with patio and garden or on the first floor with veranda (always equipped). They are equipped with TV and rooms always with low beds.
The apartments are often similar in construction, but they do not allow a precise description as they differ according to the taste of each individual owner. They have an independent entrance and a free parking space.
Night arrivals: for all arrivals after 11.00 pm is required a supplement of € 30.00.
